Super nice ambience, but the kitchen is not a high standard and overpriced. We were a la carte on the 2nd evening in the orangery. The chef was free at Blüchers on the 3rd evening, so my expectations were not high. The kitchen is comparable to the orangery (there is only one kitchen). The ambience would have potential. Those looking for good food will find alternatives in the area. Overall, the visit was disappointing - price / performance ratio is right here Not.
Wonderful, really wonderful. Due to a misunderstanding, we have enjoyed a phenomenal Mecklenburg land duck, as crisp and juicy as I have rarely seen it. And the homemade dumplings and the red cabbage, wow. The homemade sorbet in the variation of green apple and tangerine with champagne were a taste explosion. The service is super friendly and very competent in wine advice, we felt extremely comfortable and were in a very good mood. We will be back!! Ps: Guests with half board can have the half board credited to the Blüchers
€ 300 for two starters, three main courses, a bottle of wine, water. If wine and food were excellent, very much. Unfortunately we only had mediocrity here. The appetizer greasy, bad in taste, the main course more reminiscent of cafeteria food, soft-boiled green vegetables (no idea what it was), steak sliced over (ok, as you can get almost anywhere) and really big half potatoes with shell (unfortunately they were not cooked enough). The wine was the only recommendation of the waitress ("my colleague says that fits and has fruit," he did not have, a mediocre Bordeaux for 80 €) Very Etepetete in fuss, have no sommelier or someone who knows about wines. Dirty plates were forever on the table, not just competent service, but nice.
The ambience is very nice and the service is endeavored. Nevertheless, we deduct a point for the price-performance ratio. The prices are on star level, the food did not stand the unfortunately. Another star we pull off, as under the name "Carpaccio vom Kalb" without further explanation a brawn of calf's head and tongue was served.
Inviting designer rooms invite you to linger. The food is at star level! It was a nice evening

We had a wonderful dinner at Blüchers. The dishes were all delicious, well matched, flavorful, always with crisp fresh vegetables. Meat and shrimp were also tender and delicious. Inside you sat very comfortable, on the small terrace but it is also very nice.
We went with a small group to eat and each course was a pleasure and the wines were great too. Price / performance ratio is perfect and we will definitely come back this year. Saturated and after some extra wine, we were happy to have booked great rooms in the hotel :)
The Blüchers pleasantly surprised us! There was a wonderful composition of strong and delicate aromas, without the kitchen looking contrived or pretentious. The wine accompaniment from the astonishingly young sommelier was perfectly coordinated, here you can confidently leave your hands free. We will definitely come back! Thanks a lot!
